Acceptable Stay with Some Issues
sewage smell unhelpful staff
The hotel's central location was convenient.
I was disappointed by a persistent sewage smell in the bathroom. It seemed to originate from either the sink or the shower drain and really detracted from my experience. I informed the staff, but they didn't resolve the issue.. I also found that the staff attitude wasn't particularly helpful or professional.

the staff was cute. the room was large and clean, even though it faced a busy road, it remained quiet.. the bed was very large and comfortable.

the location was central, a definite plus. i found the rooftop pool and bar offered fine city views. the staff was generally helpful.. especially with directions. my room included a well-stocked minibar with a variety of drinks and snacks.

underwhelming stay
small room disruptive noise
the location was indeed central, close to many attractions.
the room i received did not match my expectations. it was smaller than i anticipated, and the promised view was obstructed. additionally, the noise from the street was quite disruptive, even with the windows closed.. this made it difficult to relax after a long day.

large shower quiet room rooftop pool
The room was large and clean. It faced a busy road, but the room was totally quiet! The shower room was spacious. It included a large walk-in shower plus a large Italian shower head. The rooftop pool and loungers helped me unwind after traveling.
